Situated just 3 miles from Downtown Pepin and a short drive from Maiden Rock, Stockholm, Wabasha, Lake City, and Red Wing, MN, our property serves as a gateway to the wonders along the Great River Road. The Main House features an outdoor patio, seating, and a fire pit, inviting guests to unwind against the backdrop of the Chippewa River Valley.

Policy and notes
Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €430 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 2 days after departure

We love animals, but to keep our space allergy-friendly for all guests, we don’t allow pets in the rental.
We do welcome service animals as required by law. If you're traveling with a service animal, just let us know in advance—documentation and prior approval are required so we can ensure everything is in order for your stay.
